Project management

From scan to sign-off: clear scope, planning and reporting, with one point of contact.

When a project has many owners and no lead

An office move, a new network, a migration to another platform, a webshop that has to go live before the season starts. The work is spread over suppliers, internal staff and a managing director who also has a business to run. Everybody does their part; nobody owns the whole. Deadlines slip quietly, the scope grows in conversations nobody wrote down, and the budget discussion comes at the end, when there is no room left.

How we approach it

We lead the project on your behalf, from the first scan to the signed handover.

  • Scan. What is the starting point, what has to be delivered, by when, and what may it cost? We write it down in a few pages everyone can agree to.
  • Plan. Work packages, dependencies, owners and dates. Risks are named at the start, together with what we do if they occur.
  • Deliver. We chair the meetings, chase the suppliers and keep the list of decisions and open points. Changes to the scope go through one route, with their effect on time and cost stated.
  • Report. A short, regular status: what is done, what is next, what is at risk and what we need from you.
  • Hand over. Acceptance against the agreed criteria, documentation, and a clear transfer to whoever runs it afterwards.

Because we build infrastructure and websites ourselves, we know what the suppliers are talking about — and whether an estimate is realistic.

What you get

  • One person who is responsible for the result and who answers the phone.
  • A plan and a budget you can hold us to.
  • Status reports written for the person who has to decide, not for the engineer.
  • A documented handover at the end.

Frequently asked questions

Do you only manage projects you carry out yourselves?

No. We also lead projects in which other suppliers do the work. In that case we represent you towards them.

Which method do you use?

The one that fits. Fixed phases where the outcome is known in advance, such as an infrastructure roll-out; short iterations where it has to be discovered, such as a new website. We do not impose a framework for its own sake.

Can you step into a project that is already running late?

Yes. We start with a short review: where does it really stand, what is still realistic, and what has to be decided now. You get that in writing before we take over.

Let's talk about your project.

Tell us where you are and where you want to be. We'll come back within one working day with a first view.
